Frequently asked questions

Clear answers, before you join.

Understand the content, access model and risks before choosing any PipStarter plan.

Is PipStarter suitable for complete beginners?

It is designed with beginners in mind. Terms and setup formats are explained in plain language. This does not make trading low-risk, and beginners should consider practising on a demo account first.

What is a trading setup?

A setup is a general market scenario or educational example. It may show Entry, Stop Loss, TP1 and TP2 levels. It is not a command, personalised recommendation or guarantee that price will move as described.

Are results or profits guaranteed?

No. Markets are uncertain. Setups can fail, gaps and slippage can occur, and you may lose some or all of the capital used. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

How do I access VIP?

Open @PipStarterVIPBOT on Telegram, review the available plan terms and follow the payment flow. InviteMember then manages channel access based on your membership status.

Do Daily or Weekly passes renew?

No. Daily Pass is a one-time payment for 1 day and Weekly Pass is a one-time payment for 7 days. They end automatically unless you make another purchase.

Do Monthly and Yearly VIP renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly VIP renews monthly and Yearly VIP renews yearly until cancelled. Review the checkout details before payment.

How do I cancel a recurring membership?

Use the subscription-management options provided by the Telegram bot or payment provider. Cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation normally prevents future charges while access remains until the paid term ends, subject to provider status.

Can PipStarter trade on my behalf?

No. PipStarter does not access, manage or trade your account. Never share your broker password, PayPal password, Telegram login code or recovery information.

Which broker should I use?

PipStarter does not require or guarantee a specific broker. Compare regulation, costs, spreads, execution, withdrawal terms and demo access independently. A broker relationship does not remove trading risk.

Is MT5 included?

MetaTrader 5 is third-party software and is not provided by PipStarter. PipStarter may explain general MT5 concepts and workflows; availability depends on your chosen broker and device.

What if a setup changes?

Market conditions can change quickly. An update may adjust context or state that an idea is no longer relevant. You are responsible for monitoring your own positions and deciding whether to act.

Where can I ask a support question?

Email support@pipstarter.com or use the official Telegram membership bot. Never send passwords, login codes or full payment credentials.
