Terms of Use & Membership

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern access to the PipStarter website, free content, Telegram channels and paid VIP memberships supplied by Patrick Kiss, Siemensstraße 6–8, 88239 Wangen im Allgäu, Germany (“PipStarter”). Contact email: support@pipstarter.com.

Additional terms of Telegram, InviteMember and the chosen payment provider apply to their respective services. If mandatory consumer law conflicts with these terms, mandatory law prevails.

2. Nature of the content

PipStarter provides general educational content, market commentary and example trading setups. Content may include instruments, price zones, Entry, Stop Loss, TP1 or TP2 levels and subsequent updates. This content is not personalised investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, brokerage, copy trading or a direction to enter a transaction.

No outcome, frequency, availability or profitability of a setup is guaranteed. PipStarter may decide not to publish a setup when market conditions do not appear suitable.

3. Eligibility and user responsibility

You must have legal capacity to enter a paid agreement in your jurisdiction. Trading products may be restricted or unsuitable depending on your country, experience and circumstances. You are responsible for checking local rules, broker eligibility and product access.

You make every trading decision independently. Before risking capital, consider your knowledge, financial situation, objectives and ability to bear loss. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

4. Plans and prices

  • Daily Pass: €4.99 one-time payment, access for 1 day, no automatic renewal.
  • Weekly Pass: €12.99 one-time payment, access for 7 days, no automatic renewal.
  • Monthly VIP: €19.99 per month, automatically renews monthly until cancelled.
  • Yearly VIP: €179.99 per year, automatically renews yearly until cancelled.

The checkout shown by the official bot is authoritative for the specific transaction. Any tax treatment or payment-provider fees shown there form part of the checkout information. If a material discrepancy appears, do not purchase and contact support.

5. Formation, payment and access

A paid agreement is formed when the payment is accepted and the purchase is confirmed through the available checkout, subject to mandatory law. Payment processing may be provided by PayPal. InviteMember may use the payment status to grant or remove Telegram access.

Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or used to republish protected channel content. Keep your Telegram account secure. PipStarter is not responsible for access loss caused solely by your account suspension, lost credentials or third-party platform outage, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Daily and Weekly passes expire automatically. Monthly and Yearly memberships continue and are charged at the applicable interval until cancelled. You can cancel for future renewal using the controls offered by the bot, InviteMember or the payment provider. Submit cancellation before the next billing date and retain the confirmation.

Cancellation normally leaves access active until the end of the paid term, unless a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, legal requirement or provider limitation changes that status.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal and refund rights. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights. The precise treatment can depend on the customer's location, contract type, immediate provision of digital content/services, required disclosures and any express consent collected during checkout.

Before accepting live payments, PipStarter must have the checkout and withdrawal information reviewed for German/EU consumer-law compliance. Refund requests will be assessed under applicable mandatory law and the facts of the transaction. Payment-provider procedures do not replace legal consumer rights.

8. Content availability and changes

Markets, schedules and third-party platforms can change. PipStarter may correct, update, postpone or remove content, and may perform reasonable maintenance. Material changes to recurring-plan pricing or core terms will be communicated as required by applicable law before taking effect.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PipStarter text, layouts, graphics, channel posts and educational materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the content during the access period.

Systematic copying, redistribution, resale, public posting, scraping, impersonation, interference with bots or attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. Short quotations permitted by law remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended where payment fails, a plan expires, a charge is reversed, access is shared, security is threatened, these terms are materially breached or continued service would be unlawful. Mandatory rights, including any required notice or refund, remain unaffected.

11. Third-party services

Telegram, InviteMember, PayPal, MT5 and brokers are independent third parties. PipStarter does not control their uptime, terms, processing, pricing or decisions. References to a platform or broker do not imply endorsement or guarantee.

12. Liability

PipStarter does not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular person. Market data can be delayed or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, PipStarter is not liable for trading losses resulting from a user's independent decision to act on general content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory guarantees. Statutory liability rules remain applicable.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction as determined by mandatory procedural law; no exclusive consumer jurisdiction is imposed by these terms.

14. Final provisions

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the extent legally possible. Updates apply prospectively and will be communicated where required. The current version is available on this page.

Legal review: These terms are a careful operational draft, not legal advice. A qualified lawyer should review them together with the actual InviteMember and PayPal checkout before launch.
