Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for personal data processed by PipStarter is:

Patrick Kiss
Siemensstraße 6–8
88239 Wangen im Allgäu
Germany

Email: support@pipstarter.com

In this policy, “PipStarter”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the controller named above.

2. Scope

This policy covers the PipStarter website, PipStarter Telegram channels and groups, @PipStarterVIPBOT, VIP membership management through InviteMember, payments through PayPal and support communications sent directly to PipStarter.

3. Website access and hosting

This static website is delivered through Cloudflare's network and hosting infrastructure. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security data such as IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser information and server-log data to deliver, protect and maintain the website.

The legal basis for PipStarter's use of this infrastructure is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in secure, reliable and efficient website delivery. Cloudflare describes its processing, retention, data-subject rights and international transfers in its Privacy Policy. Applicable contractual and transfer safeguards depend on the Cloudflare services and account configuration in use.

No analytics, advertising pixels, contact form, user account system or non-essential cookies are included in the supplied website files. Links to Telegram or other external services only transfer you to those services when you activate the relevant link; their own privacy policies then apply.

4. Telegram and the VIP bot

PipStarter uses Telegram for public and private channels, groups and bot interaction. Depending on how you interact with us, the following information may be made available to PipStarter or its membership tools:

  • Telegram user ID and username;
  • first and/or last name shown in Telegram;
  • language code or preference;
  • messages and support enquiries you send;
  • channel or group membership and access status;
  • timestamps and technical interaction data.

Telegram also processes personal data independently for its own service. Please review the official Telegram Privacy Policy.

5. InviteMember

PipStarter uses InviteMember to present membership options, connect payment status with Telegram access and grant or remove access when a plan starts, expires or is cancelled. Data processed may include Telegram profile information, selected plan, subscription status, start and end dates, access permissions, payment status and technical logs.

InviteMember states that Dev Way Ltd, Cyprus, provides its service and may receive Telegram profile and usage data in connection with membership bots. Details, including its own subprocessors and international processing, are available in the InviteMember Privacy Policy.

6. Payments through PayPal

Where PayPal is offered, payment data is entered and processed by PayPal. PipStarter may receive transaction-related information needed to verify and administer a purchase, such as payer name, payer email if provided, amount, currency, transaction ID, date, payment status and subscription status.

PipStarter does not receive your PayPal password or full bank/card credentials. PayPal processes data under its own terms. See the PayPal Privacy Statement for Germany.

7. Purposes and legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we may process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Contract and pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing purchased access, managing subscriptions and responding to service requests;
  • Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): accounting, tax, record-keeping and lawful authority requests;
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): service security, misuse prevention, technical operation, defence of legal claims and efficient support, balanced against your rights;
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): where we specifically ask for consent for an optional purpose. Consent can be withdrawn for the future.

8. Recipients

Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations or protect legal rights. Recipients may include Cloudflare, Telegram, InviteMember, PayPal, professional advisers such as tax/accounting providers, and authorities where legally required. PipStarter does not sell personal data.

9. International transfers

Cloudflare, Telegram, InviteMember, PayPal or their subprocessors may process data outside Germany or the European Economic Area. The respective provider explains the transfer mechanisms and safeguards it uses in its own privacy information. Where PipStarter is responsible for a transfer, an applicable legal mechanism will be used and material details will be reflected in this policy.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, to administer an active membership, resolve support issues, establish or defend legal claims, or meet statutory retention obligations. Payment and accounting records may be retained for the periods required under German tax and commercial law. Data no longer required will be deleted or anonymised, subject to legal exceptions and technical backup cycles.

11. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Baden-Württemberg, see the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.

To exercise a right, email support@pipstarter.com and label the message “Privacy Request”. We may need proportionate information to verify identity.

12. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data within PipStarter's control. No internet transmission or third-party platform can be guaranteed completely secure. Never send passwords, Telegram login codes, recovery phrases or full payment credentials to PipStarter.

13. Children

PipStarter is not directed at children. Paid trading-related content is intended only for persons legally able to enter the relevant agreement. If we learn that personal data was submitted unlawfully by a child, we will take appropriate steps.

14. Changes

This policy may be updated when the service, hosting setup, legal requirements or providers change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date.

Legal review: This draft is designed to be cautious and transparent, but it is not legal advice. Before public launch, a qualified lawyer or data-protection professional should review it against the final hosting, payment, bot and support setup.
